We teach you what YOU need to know, in your home or office with hands on instruction. This means YOU run the computer and we show you how. Learning to master a computer can take a lot of time and effort and while we believe watching and reading can help we know from experience that there is no substitute for putting your hands on the keyboard and doing it yourself. We customize your lessons to include what YOU need to know so when you are ready please call us and give us a list of things you want us to show you and we will put together a plan specifically for you and then set a time to come to your home or office and make sure you know what you need to know!

We service most printers we can clean them, order replacement parts, and get them back up and running. While we do service almost all printers we will let you know if we don’t think it would be worthwhile to have us service it as opposed to purchasing a new one. The cost of printers these days is low enough that many times it make more sense to replace than to repair when it comes to inexpensive printers
